Our Mission
We strive to provide the highest quality care to every patient while making the patients experience in our office as enjoyable as possible. We constantly work to respect our patients’ time by optimizing total treatment time while minimizing wait time in our office. This is accomplished by attention to detail, incorporating new technology and continuing education. We aim to have a fun, friendly, and professional environment for both patients and staff.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation.
Should you have an orthodontic emergency, please call to schedule an appointment. By calling you will allow us to create a time to see you and avoid a long wait time.
Routing check-up appointments vary in interval from 4-8 weeks and usually last about 30 minutes. We do our best to accomodate your schedule, and will be happy to schedule before or after work and school if possible. Longer appointments are normally accomplished during a morning appointment time, however excuse slips for work or school are always available at the patient's request.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. We require a small down payment and set the remaining balance up on a payment plan that best fits your family. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
